Q:Q How to choose an oil.free aas compressor suitable for vour own working conditions ?
A:A 1. First determine your working gas medium. f itis a single component. please let us know the purly ofthe gas, and whether there is water vapor and hydrogen sulfide. ifthere isany serious impact on the subsequent stable operation of the compressor, if it is Mixed gas, please tell us the composition of each gas.
2. The second step is to determine the inlet pressure. Generall,the inet pressure is PSlG, BARG, Mpa. Please indicate whetheritis gauge or absolute pressure. Absoltepressure = gauge pressure +1 bar. lf the inlet pressure is a range, Please indicate the range of fluctuation.
3. The third stepis to determine the pressure of use. Considering the pressure drop ofthe pipline,the discharge pressure ofthe general compresor is siohty larger than thepressure you need. For example, if you use 100 kg of pressure, the compressor discharge pressure is 105 kg.
4. The fouth step is to detemmine the compressor iow you need. This is generaly determined by the low rate. tis generaly identined by CFH, Or NM3HR, SM3HR.ltisnecessary to be clear that some customers are accustomed to press M3/. HR to identify, NM3 is diferent from M3.
